I saw him charging at me; baring his firey teeth, the blades on his dog collars gleaming in the daylight. A huge ball of fire shot from Bowsers mouth. I sprung up into the air and the fireball went flying beneth me. I fell to the ground and felt the cold blades that are Bowsers huge claws pearce my chest. My back slammed off the ground as I started to bleed. I looked up to see Bowser taking a huge breath in, he was ready to finish me off. Suddenly then I saw something sharp glint behind Bowser. It was Link. He pulled his sword back and plunged it into the arm of Bowser. Bowser let out a huge roar. He stopped, everything was quiet. Suddenly he reached back to his arm and pulled Link's bloody sword out of his arm. He turned round, snorting, flames flickering out of his nose and mouth. He suddenly made a grab for Link and picked him up by the neck. Link started to squirm and desperately pulled at Bowsers huge claw which was clenched around his neck. Link's neck started to bleed. Bowser held him up high and took a deep breath. He let a huge flame, frying Link.
Suddenly i couldn't feel my pain, only Link's. I ran up and grabbed Link's sword. I dived up at Bowser and took a huge slice out of his chin. "Damn you! I'll-a kill you!" Bowser stmbled backwards and felt his face. He brought his hand to his face and saw blood. He looked back down at me, clutching his face. He jumped into the air, higher than I could see. Then he dropped back down to Earth, destroying everything around him. Concrete was cracked and statues were lying on the ground in a wreck. "Mario! There-a-you are!" I heard Luigi's voice behind me, I spun around to see him looking at Bowser, frozen with horror. "ARRRRRGGHHH! Oh my god! I thought Bowser was gone when I put him into that painting!? Mario you idiot! Get out of there!" Bowser once again disappeared into the air. Luigi looked at me with a disraught expression on his face. Then Bowser came crashing down onto Luigi, crushing the bottom half of his body. He started to cry out my name, his screaming brought tears to my eyes. I couldn't take it anymore. I clenched the sword in my hand. My veins were pumping. I dived at Bowser and let rip with sword. It went straight through his head. He fell to the ground. Blood pouring from his head. I dived down to Luigi, I managed to pull his limp body out from beneath Bowsers foot. He was injured but would be okay. Then I looked looked at the fried body of Link. At least i saved one life. I pulled the sword out of Bowsers head and placed it down near Link and in the floor I carved "R.I.P."
Coming May 24th, Super Smash Bros. Melee.
*Note: No Nintendo Mascots were harmed in the making of this preview, well, not much anyway.
You've probably guessed by now that I'm excited about SSB: Melee. So all I've got to say is thanks for reading.

Nice little story there Rickoss. I too am very excited about Super Smash Brothers. Melee and I am very pleased I claimed it as a GAD.
