Im trying to find out the title of a song, its kind of an indy rock song and im pretty sure the lyrics go something like "we all hope for romance". its quite a upbeat song and i think its been on a Tv advert b4.

It sounds very familiar. Alas, my brain has turned to mush recently. I'll try and work it out.
I think your lyrics are wrong though.
