Why oh why oh why oh why...

...has there been no news today?

I hate Sunday. The most depressing day of the week.

(Depressed eh?)

Oh well actually I'm bloody fine.

(I suppose that would be the wonderful skill known as sarcasm.)

...Yes.

(I have some news.)

Oh, what?

(There is going to be a Nintendo Gamecube conference next month.)

And?

(They will be flogging 100% speed, working Dev kits.)

And what's so special about that then?

(No-one, ever, has flogged a 100% speed, working Dev kit straight away.)

Go on...

(So, this rather neat little thing shows to developers that Nintendo's system is by far the easier to develop for.)

So therefore more games for the gamecube, right?

(Right. Sony shipped their dev kits out at 50% speed, and then waited five months before giving the fully working ones out.)

And Microsoft have gone through loads already, changing the code each time.

(So this bit of info basically proves the system is the easiest to develop for.)

Sure?

(Positive.)
