One thing though, how the hell could Fincher have considered Nicole Kidman for the part of Meg Altman? Christ, she is so wooden! I'm so glad she was forced to pull out of the movie, Jodie Foster was great in the role.
It's one of those films that at first makes you wonder how the hell it can last for two hours, when it seems to be reaching the main part of the film early, but it just keeps on moving along nicely, keeping you on the edge of your seat, until a fantastic finale.
But just one more thing, is Forest Whitaker just incapable of playing a bad guy? He always has to be this gentle character, even when he's doing wrong.
Anyway, great movie, go see it.

Agreed. I thought it would be boring "A film about a room? Wha?", but it's actually really good.
It wasn't.
At all.
Good film (although the ending pissed_me_off) but not what I was expecting

Paul Ross reckons The Scorpion King is the best action movie ever. I wouldn't value his opinion much.
But yeah, this movie rules.
Anyone else seen it, and care to comment?
I'll go and see it anyway.
