Personally i dont go near the stuff...apart from this herbal spangly tea stuff my mum makes on Sunday. Puts loads of stuff in to that....

tea in the mornings definately - white no sugar, trouble is no one makes tea the way you like it so always have coffee out again white no sugar not too strong so I'm a soft cappucino drinker - espresso strips your throat !
