It was a rental from the video-shop and I had completed most of them whilst playing through the main game, I didn't like it that much either and after playing on it for 20 hours in 2 days I had really had enough of the game, probably won't buy it as I have finished it now, good game but not amazing!
All I can remember is I just sprayed his head area and an energy bar appeared.
I kept boost dashing at him and knocking him over, but I kept falling off the edge, so eventually I just thought I'd spray him with paint and that seems to work.
An energy bar should appear when you spray his head or back.
This is quite tricky at first, but once you've discovered the route it's straight forward.
There you'll find the boss.
Don't bother trying to knock him over, just jump at him and spray his head.
You'll get damaged but just keep spraying his head.
If you take too much damage you'll have to go back down to the ground level for a health can.
It's quite easy really.
When he's gone, the story mode is finished.
