Well, OK, they're probably shut by now. In which case because this is a bank holiday weekend, you're going to have to find something else to do.
Those of you who have received your official Gamecube controller and have Sky TV have it easy. You just tune into GameNetwork when they're playing Gamecube clips, and you can sit there with your controller and pretend you're playing.
You could for once actually take the time to do a thing called 'reading the instruction manual' for the games that you've already received. I know this will go against most of your basic instincts, but in the long run you'll find it's worth it. Get an adult to help you with the big words if you need to.
Don't forget to stock up on mascara on Monday, so that you can draw black rings under your eyes and look generally unfit for school, so that you can take Tuesday off sick and mug the postie first thing in the morning.
Last but not least, grab your old N64 and relive all those great gaming moments of the past in a Bank Holiday Retro Fest. Unless of course you already trading your old N64 in for the Gamecube that you haven't received yet.
You can go back to your tantrums now.

That's because you're wierd, Meka. ;)

Unfortunately, the advantage of the Gamecube over other consoles is that the games don't make you feel that you're watching a movie rather than playing a game, so this doesn't work. ;o)

> LOL nice post, funny and true
Well, not for me; I have my Cube and it even has a game! It's True.
Not at all related to the fact I had an N64 with no games for a week and a half. Honest.
That was even worse, as the N64 didn't even have a handle so I could carry it upstairs easily.
