What one will I like best?

2002 FIFA World Cup is actually alright, although it is basically the same as FIFA 2002. However Im pretty sure that ISS2 is a lot better providing its not the same as the PS2 version which is quite poor!
I would probably wait for Pro Evolution Soccer though!

the iss series is famous for its gameplay and other things and although i have not played the gamecube version yet (you bet i will eventually!) it has such a good reputation.

and as for the fifa latest offering well, from experience the world cup games normally get boring around september-ish. they feel really out of date.

so id go for iss2

ISS 2 just has to be the best game!
Did ever play either of the FIFA and ISS games on the N64, and then compare the 2???? You will have realised then that FIFA sucked then and surely still does!

ISS is the way to go - and Pro Evo will also be coming to the Cube this year (apparently)!

And I also bet the earlier ISS games had something to do with you choosing Pro Evo over FIFA on the PS2!
