I don't know anything so explain what all that RAM stuff means.
I got the bit about the extra 128MB etc... but then it talks about PC100 and PC133 and Dimm/Simm and 64 pin.
So what does that means.
Cheers :)

well your kinda right, '64 pin' is the size, but ram sticks are pretty much the same size anyway, it's the amount of connections it has to the motherboard... :s
'PC100' is the speed of the ram, PC100 is the slowest modern ram, although still very useful.
you get upto 333Mhz (DDR ram for AMD PCs) - very nice.

I 'm not sure but I think it means this:
'64 pin' is the size
'PC100' (this is the big "I think") is the speed?
Ah well. I tried...
By the way, what size is your Graphics card? i'm guessing 8Mb, 16Mb at the most with a 433Mhz, I doubt that would be enough to run the game.
Weird thing id, you said in the other thread that your PC fitted the minimum specs details on the back, thats annoying. Maybe you could sue them and buy a new PC.
Get PC100.
By the way, I really don't think you'll be able to play that game with a 433mhz. Can you send it back?
And I have 433 Hz processor.
So what band is that?
PC133?
Cheers Turbo
PC66 - for ancient processors. This stuff is quite slow, you won't need it
PC100 - for ancient and newer, faster and very common
PC133 - for newer processors. You need to check what type of RAM your CPU and motherboard take. What speed is your computer?
DDR - Double Data Rate, really good RAM, need good motherboards. I doubt if your PC takes this, pre-build companies tend to shy away because it's expensive.
RAMBUS - For Pentium 4s only. Reall good but REALLY expensive.
surely you also have one of these mags SHEEPY??
