1. Why do they take your money out of your account as soon as you place an order? Every other site I have used takes it out once the transaction is complete.

2. Why were we not better informed about the fact that if you ordered after 31st March you wouldn't get a GC on day of release?

3. Why didn't they mention about this £20 deposit thing which I have seen people mumble about?

Sorry if there are obvious answers to these questions, I'm not usually an angry boke but I feel a little miffed about it all and won't be ordering from Special Reserve again.

Yep, Im going to buy locaL, as you never know if there is going to be a good bundle in a shop that minght not be online.

I ordered my GameCube on 24/3/02 and did not get my GameCube today, I checked with SR (received letter this morning saying if you ordered before 31st you will receive GC) asking when I will receive it and was told 'hopefully Wednesday or Thursday next week'. I have since cancelled my order as I have found the GC in stock locally.

Lol, I only ordered 3 weeks ago and I still got exactly the pack I wanted!
I am very pleased with SR...

Thats what they do... Not against the law!

They didn't know the stock allocations until last week...

That was from last year, the first thing to do was to pay a deposit and get a cube reserved for you...
