-- "Gluey" jumping, slowdown for a second or two after landing any jump (bloody annoying - stops bunny hopping, but can't jump obstancles..)
-- Improved spectator mode, with first person mode, picture in picture, map overview etc..
-- 2 new maps - de_chateau (love it, excellent job imho) and cs_havana (not played it much, far too big for me, got put off)
These may just be me, or some mental thing, but I find the rifles behave slightly differently too. The AK is now startlingly accurate for the first few shots, and that's all you need for a kill..fast becoming my favourite gun. The Deagle appears to be slightly worse than before, and the accuracy of all the guns has been dropped while strafing. However, headshots do seem to be significantly more random - I get rounds with 50% of my kills from headshots, with no concious effort made to aim for the head.
Oh, dead bodies stay on the floor, and the bomb shows up on the radar for Ts. Worth getting anyway, I want more opponents =D
I think patches are good really, but I get the feeling the CS ones are unnescessarily large sometimes...I'd guess this is because it's using the HL engine, and works in such a way that some files can't just have lines added etc, whole things have to be replaced. Does add some good features though, and a few new maps, but not much new of note admittedly..
Note: Entirely speculation, I honestly don't have a clue what I'm talking about. Would make sense though, as modifying existing files wouldn't need that big an installer, has to be replacing..
