SR: When Boredom Attacks.
"The workings of a humble website and its webmasters never seemed less mind numbing!"
Ten years ago, Special Reserve was little more than a plucky mail order outfit. But then someone said, "let's aim big!" and things began to change. SR broadened it's horizons, and Shops sprang up nation wide (well...almost). UKchatforums.co.uk seemed like such a simple idea to help widen SR's audience. Who'd have thought it could become a monster demanding attention for every second of every day?
Thus sets the scene for the most innovative game this week, a game that seamlessly ties a plot line as absorbent as Kleenex with frenetic action and deep tactical gameplay. An expertly crafted graphical engine of coloured text on a white backdrop provides the dramatic theatre for some of the best gameplay you’ll find in the gaming world…
Gasp! - As you marvel at the outstanding AI of an entire living, breathing Social Hierarchy, led by a band of unseen "Notables", respected by most, feared by many. Their Enduring legions of “Regulars” attempt to force an environment of decency and sane discussion on the unruly lower classes of the “Newbies”, and the rarely encountered but universally hated “Just Arrived Today” rogues. However, as SR snowballed in popularity, The Entity that they had created became unable to sustain itself and began to self-destruct. The Overlords, or “Staff” as they are known, had to step in and take control!
Tremble! – As you take control of the SPAM Police, a high tech group of elite web technicians who’s job has gradually become more and more involved in the Life Support of SR’s Chatrooms. UKChatforums will not survive unless posts are filtered and controlled by this overseeing control group. It’s in your hands…
Feel the Power! – As you make decisions that could destroy a person’s livelihood. Monitor obscenity, Spam posting, flirting, and general nonsense whilst poised over the infamous “Big Red Button”. Then ban users as you see fit in an attempt to further the quality of the experience that is UKChatforums. Or even just for the hell of it! This is the Beauty of SR: WBA. You are in control of the destiny of an entire universe!
Run In Terror! – As the most feared members of the SR community fight their ousting from society and re-enter under secret identities, to continue their reign of havoc and terror. Weed them out and eject them before the Regulars form vigilante groups and take the law out of your hands!
“SR: When Boredom Attacks” has all of this and so much more. Battle the forces of good and evil whilst enjoying a multitude of engrossing subplots, including the forbidden love of a SPAM police officer for one of the regulars that he sees on the beat. And see the tension that grips UKChatforums on a daily basis as the ever-busier SR staff decides whether or not to post the “Game-A-Day” winner for that day, the rations without which so many SR forum users would fail to survive!
Never has a game come out of such a bizarre concept before. But SR: WBA manages to add a new twist to the strategy games of yore, and moves it into a theme that almost all can relate to. The humble forum will never seem the same again.
> Yep, that gets my vote.

>The winner gets to be King Hell for the month.

That, or they get biomechanically engineered into RoboCom, a half-human-half-computer dedicated moderating machine! Oh the possibilities..
The winner gets to be King Hell for the month.
