I hope someone on this site can help me. I am urgently seeking four programmers to work on PC, PS2 and Gamecube products. Salaries for these positions range from mid £20k to high £30k.
The vacancies are with a client of mine (I work for an IT recruitment agency) based between Bristol and Bath.
Two of the vacancies require games industry experience (PC and PS2). It is a matter of some urgency that these vacancies are filled ASAP for projects that are about to start.
Requirements:- Excellent knowledge of C/C++, good communication and problem-solving skills, an ability to work as part of a team and a passion for computer games.
Knowledge of assembler, physics and advanced maths is advantageous. Games industry experience (published products) is preferred but not essential.
Benefits:- A relaxed, friendly working environment, competitive salary, bonuses, profit share scheme, private health insurance, life assurance, company pension scheme and 21 days holiday.
The opportunity to work on a great project in a great location!
If you are interested in the role or know of anyone else who would be, please contact me ASAP.
Many thanks,
Charles Goodall
