May 3rd is drawing near,
May 3rd is almost here.
The day that gaming gets much better is not too far away now,
Gamecube is going to be so great you’ll be going “wow!”.
The night before I won’t get sleep because of the anticipation,
This is the console you should want and not the Sony Playstation.
I’ll hop along to Special Reserve to collect my special box,
Get it home and turn it on, wow the Gamecube rocks!
Gamecube is the tiny box of gaming wonder,
Its funky purple colour will take it far & yonder.
Tiny disks fit in its little cd tray,
And wow those Big N games are really fun to play.
It’s just a shame to save our game we must use a memory card,
On cart battery back up was so cool and saving games was never hard.
The control pad fits in the hand perfectly like a glove,
It works so well with all the games I think I’ve fallen in love.
The GBA link-up is a really nice cool bonus,
Co-operation between the consoles is really far from bogus.
Shigeru Miyamoto is the gaming god,
Nintendo fans are lucky to have such a clever bod.
Multi player gaming is such a real treat,
Fierce competition & beating your brother is so very neat.
Fun games for all ages you can even play with your sister,
Those games are so addictive you’ll end up getting a blister.
Nintendo games for young & old we all enjoy them maybe,
So much for those Xbox fans who say you are a baby.
So many good games at launch we really are so lucky,
Deciding which to buy could get rather mucky.
Monkey Ball looks loads of fun as monkeys are so great,
It looks a tremendous party game to play with your best mate.
Waverace is the Jet Ski racer where you can do a stunt or trick,
The splashing & crashing as the waves hit I almost feel seasick.
Rogue Leader looks so cool, with X-Wings, Hoth & The Death Star,
Dogfights & taking out a Star Destroyer will be fun by far.
Luigi’s Mansion is a great little game if a little short & sweet,
Vacuuming ghosts and collecting coins is really quite a feat.
ISS2 will be scoring goals and any footy fans great dream,
Whether it’s better than Pro Evo soccer still remains to be seen.
Smash Bros Melee is going to be a GC killer app,
And for a 4-player game you don’t need a multi-tap.
Metroid is coming soon and will be an amazing FPS,
When another shooting game can beat it is anybodies guess.
PSO, Star Fox, F-Zero, Mario Tennis what an amazing future list,
If you don’t think they look great then you need a light slap with a fist.
Link is our man and his adventures are so tasty,
Could his next quest be for casual gamers who like to finish games hasty?

I agree! even my teacher is getting one. It's really amazing how many people it appeals to.( by the way, my teacher is the computer technician so he should know it's the best!)
