Majora's Mask has great music, that's what I wanted to say. Really great. I just love the theme that plays at the opening screen, and in Clock Town too, but I noticed something about it, something ingenius.
The basic tune is rather short, and repeats itself over and again. As it goes along, further instruments come into it, and it develops into something much more than it seemed. This is just like the game itself. You play through the same 3 days again and again, but filling in the bombers notebook, and getting different masks as you progress, you begin to find that it's quite complex.
Fantastic use of music.
I really hope that the Gamecube can produce some really fitting tunes for it's games too, and from what I've heard of Pikmin, it seems that that could be the case!
It's just ssssooooooooooo good!
:)
Sometimes I will turn the music off in Perfect Dark and just have the SFX on, it really adds to the realism!
The BIGMAN
Music/Sound is one thing that is taken for granted in games. Nintendo are some of the best when it comes to sound if you ask me. The reason being is, how many of you know the Mario tune. Nearly everyone. They make tunes that are catchy and get stuck in your head so you are thinking about the game all day (sorta marketing the game).
