May the third.
A day that will be one that has been long awaited.
With the Nintendo 64 now officialy dead in Europe, its time to move that black console over and make way for the Gamecube, a full 5 years of it- At long last!
I'll be one of those people eagerly awaiting the the release day, eating my Breakfast (Day off Work), ready to collect my console- yes I have it all planned.
Waverace, World Cup 2002 and Rogue Leader as well as the console itself I await with opening arms. Ooh the joy.
Mostly though, my excitement is forever building upon Starwars Rogue Leader, rather than the rest of the titles. It Could be just the Fan in me, the Nostalgia making it more attractive.
Either way, it looks a stunner and promises to take you to that galaxy far, far, away......

Rogue Leader will satisfy.
Or at least Im hoping it to anyway.

What Im looking forward to the most when I eventually power up my Gamecube-is speeding down the Death Star trench-TV up full, surround sound kicking in, controller shaking- Artoo Bleeping, Wedge Antillies protecting your back and Obi-Wan Kenobi saying-"Use the force Luke!". Brought along with those promised film quality fancy graphics- streaming with glorious crystal clear Dolby Pro Logic sound.
Geez, it will hopefully be pure gaming heaven.
Star Wars Buffs like me should be in their glory with this game.
It would be a total shame if it didn't satisfy like that.

I am hoping that it all lives up to my expectations.
Throughout the previous months of following the progress of the Star Wars title on the Net and in Magazines it latched on to my interest and never let go. The wonderful graphics had me from the start, looking to mimic the film down to the fly by of Yavin, that Death Star Trench looked the part as too did the Battle of Hoth.
Is there any one else as excited as me about this title? Is it one of your launch titles you'll have?
Or is it just me, being a StarWars fan boy getting over excited?.
Heck I can't wait. Roll on May 3rd!

This is by far the game I ammost looking forward too.

I'm not a HUGE fan of Star Wars. I like the first 3 films but Episode 1 was dismal. However, I do like playing Star Wars games. They're usually quite good and Rogue Squadron on the N64 was absolutely amazing!

Rogue Leader & Wave Race will probably be my first games when I get my console on my birthday. I could buy it now but I have my GCSEs coming up as well Virtua Fighter, FFX and Medal of Honour: Frontline. No more distractions are wanted. June 29th perfect. And I do mean PERFECT! It is the day after my leavers day.

Definately isn't just you! I know everyone says this when a new star wars game comes out but it really is just like playing the film. It's an amazing experience and one that no-one should miss out on. AARRRGGHHH I just can't wait for Friday!!!
