I looked up MK 5 and it looks absolutely phenominal it's like a breakthrough in gaming. I have always been an MK fan but what I want to know is could anyone tell me when it will be released in Europe.
I have 80 Euro burning a hole in my pocket waiting for it so lets hope it's soon.

well mortal kombat 1 and 2 were good for it's time...and then in my opinion it just went down hill....sure the latest versions have loadsa characters but the games just don't even get close to games like soul calibur

You mean the track record where all the mortal kombat games, IMO, rule.
If I had a choice of getting one of the recently released or upcoming fighting games it would be MK5. No contest...Flawless Victory!
Tekken and others - Talk to yourself after matches.
Mortal Kombat - Rip the heart from your opponent.
Tekken and others - Kick and punch people with the odd weapon in some games
Mortal Kombat - Every character with a deadly weapon of their own
Tekken and others - Get a kick in after you have won
Mortal Kombat - Slice your opponent into pieces
Tekken and others - Boring characters with the odd 'different' one.
Mortal Kombat - Characters of different species with different powers and abilities.
All my opinion but saying mortal kombat has a bad track record is far from the truth.

You mean the track record where all the mortal kombat games, IMO, rule.
If I had a choice of getting one of the recently released or upcoming fighting games it would be MK5. No contest...Flawless Victory!
