I got a reply from GAME where we bought our XBox and it has given us a few ways of getting our games and Controller worth £114.97 sterling and claim two free games

Fusion Frenzey;
to claim your XBox package go to www.xbox.com/uk or free phone them on 0800 587 1102 or EMail to [email protected] and Microsoft will send the game and controller Directly to you
