I think I the DVD was faulty.
It ended after 80 minutes, before the climax of the film.
Or was that really it?
I actually enjoyed it up to that point, and was expecting a huge finish, but nothing.
So, if anyone has seen the full film, what happens? ;-)

Anyway, there's a sequel in the works, but rather than answering the questions raised in the first, it seems like it might start from the beginning again:
Premise: Set soon after the events of the first film, a groups of basketball players, coaches, cheerleaders, and their friends on the bus going home from the state championship (which they won) find themselves attacked by a winged people-eating monster called the Creeper (Breck), as he continues his 23-day-long feeding frenzy...

I thought that the very start of Jeepers was really good then after the whole "falling down into the pit" part, it seemed as though the writer couldn't be bothered anymore, they may as well finished it with "and then they woke up"!!
I have to say though I did enjoy unbreakable! Probably because I didn't see the ending coming, it was different!

It started well, to be fair. It just got a bit stupid in the second half, with an indestructable demon sniffing everything in sight like a lost dog.
I still love that registration plate. BEATNGU. Be Eating You. Very clever.
I didn't think the ending was *that* bad. But then, I love to actually see the bad guys win. It makes such a change from the 'All American Action Hero' gunfights, where some guy with a .33 calibre pistol will take on an entire legion of mobsters/terrorists equipped with uzi's, flak jackets, heat seeking missiles, and the reactions to rival an intoxicated sloth.

Are you quite sure? I thought he had his skin all ready to jump in, like a nice comfy shell suit.
That film sucked so much, I think the Creeper took my will to live!
