Like on this wesite, you enter data into a box and press submit, it then posts the information onto the site.

Is there a way I can design something like this and when submit is pushed, I can recieve the information in my emails. I don't want to use the Javascript method and I was wondering if there was a way of getting information sent to Outlook/Outlook Express?

Simplest way is this:

action="mailto:[email protected]"
enctype="text/plain">
name=your_comments>
value="Submit Your Comments">

But there's no formatting, no validation, no nothing apart from a very straightforward almost incomprehensible email to you. If you want to go further, you really need to have either some Javascript processing and/or some server-side processing (e.g. with PHP), to do something more intelligent with the user input.

PHPs the best way, and isn't Outlook express your e-mail? how would it differ from any other e-mail?
You can have that post source with a redirect so the user knows it's been sent, but i'm pretty sure you can't post it straight onto a site, it's probably best just incase people start spamming or swearing.
