I've just bought the Mail on Sunday. Now, I don't usually get this (or any) paper, what's the need when you have the net? But today it has a magazine devoted to Star Wars Episode 2 and a free CDROM with behind the scenes clips and music from the films.

The CD:

3 Tracks from the Star Wars Movies:

Special Episode 2 soundtrack edit
Desert Winds - from Episode 1
Star Wars Main Title (yet again!)

2 Behind the Scenes videos:

The magic Revealed - an on the set montage
Trying to do my own thing - an on set biography with Hayden Christiansen

Photo Archive and Desktop Wallpapers:

All behind the scenes footage (blue screen stuff), even the screensaver! But interesting, none the less.

The magazine:

The Night and Day magazine (which also includes the TV Guide) is dedicated to Star Wars Episode II and there are many features and pictures to look at.

So if you're a big Star Wars fan and want to get a nice little behind the scenes look at the latest movie, hot foot it down to your newsagents now before they all run out! (otherwise, expect to see all the content from the magazine and CDROM all over the internet in the next few weeks...)

What, stick a CD into a hi-fi and press play?

I know it's tough but.....well, I'm sure you wouldn't suffer a heart attack. Unless you're tremendously fat! :-D

Yeah I know, but I don't have a pressing urge to do that

You can play the music tracks on a hi-fi.

I saw the advert for it on Friday, and luckily we get Night & Day every week so I read the magazine (spoiled a fair few things for me) and just stuck the CD in before

Good video clips, but, because my PC won't play CD music for some reason (never bothered looking into it) I can't listen to the music. I already have some of the soundtrack on MP3 anyway though, so it doesn't bother me

I've only listened to the 3 music tracks.

Number 1 was REALLY good. Number 2 was REALLY crap. And number 3 was, well, Star Wars.

In fact, it's lying right here. I think I'll listen to that number 1 track again....

.....before putting in Muse.
