try thret tapping with your teeth - it may hurt but it still makes the sound. Although i'm pretty sure the solo would be pap, as pulling off, string bends, harmonics, vibrato, would all be impossible. The only technique would be hammering on but then you may lose your teeth and damage the neck of the guitar.. anyhoo i'm babbling now so back to my geography essay
