I was thinking of buying C&C Renegade but i would like some comments of what people think of the game and wheather it is worth gettin?

I have recently bought C&C R, and I love it, admittedly it does have one or two glitches, such as a slow walking speed and long load times, but it is great! The cutscenes are really cinematic and Havoc (your character) is a real smart alec who continually cracks off one liners! The weapons are really neat, from a silenced pistol right up to a personal ion cannon, a laser chaingun and more! Multiplayer is also heaps of fun and the vehicles are great! Especially buggies and Humvees!

It's okay, runs a lot slower than I hoped.

hi my name is ian and i think that c&c r is a great game it takes me away from all those no 3d games by westwood i have every single c&c game they ar brill they have kept me somthing to do for at least 3 years

I was really looking forward to the game, but when I tried the Multiplayer demo I was forever put off buying it. I suggest to anyone thinking about this latest c&c game to try the demo first.

The game was dire, only made better by a reasonably good MP option. As said before it it a power hungry game. It was the first game to make my GF2 gts stutter (perhaps its time to change ??!!:(). It could have, and should have been so much better. Shame really.

Yeah, I went on a preview site, the games looks real good.

I've played the multiplayer demo, and despite having a fairly good PC, the game was a total system hog. It was slightly dissapointing aswell, It wasn't all I'd hoped the game would be.

In my opinion, don't go for the game. Rnegade looks rubbish compared to westwoods other c&c games. Instead wait for c&c generals, that looks like a much better game than C&c:Renegade.
