Is it still the case that they are only keeping it for distirbution in Japan?
Well I've been surfing around and it is for sale mainly in US dollars.
I was in Nottinghill last week and I saw a guy buying the panasonic Q for 490 pounds. Its scandalous!!!
Well if you can get your hands on it you are blessed (no doubt with a wad full of cash)

sorry to ruin your hopes. But its been announced that the Qcube will never be making its ways across the oceans! Shame cos i was looking forward to it aswell! i woulnt mind shelling out for it cos ive got limited space on my shelves and I can only just get a game cube and tele in them! i wouldnt be able to have a gamecube and a dvd player in my room cos of the space so tahts why i wanted the Qcube. oh well cant have everything
I wouldn't be that pleaased if I had to shell out £490 to get a gamecube that played DVD's, you can get a gamecube and a seperated DVD player for cheaper than that. Also, I don't think the Qcube looks as good as the normal Gamcube, yeah it is silver and has glass on the front, but it wouldn't be very practical, as you always live in fear of your little brother coming along and messing about with it, resulting in broken glass all over the floor. I will give it one thing though, the controller looks cool!
