But most of the game would be involved behind the scenes. So by playing the chairman you have to sort out the facilities at the club. Whether you decide to build a new all seater stadium, make new training pitches, sort out worthy sponsors, will all be up to you. Also by looking at the small matters in detail such as ticket prices, programme sales, merchandise, food stalls, etc.
It would also be up to you to hire the appropriate staff, like for the club shop, the food stalls, programme sellers, ticket office staff, and even cleaners for the stadium and the toilets. And much like the Theme Park games you have to keep everyone happy by giving pay rises, bonuses and appropriate work hours, otherwise they may quit.

As you get more and more sucessfull you will be approached by bigger clubs who are looking for a new Chairman, and you may move taking your large sum of money with you. But it wouldnt be that simple as the club you leave may seek compensation and demand you pay them so much.
