ISO 8859-1 is the "old" Latin 1 (West European) multilingual single-byte coded (8bit) graphic character set.
ISO-8859-15 is the "new" Latin 9 (nicknamed Latin 0)update for Latin 1.
Replacing the less used symbols ¦¨´¸¼½¾ with forgotten French and Finnish letters and placing the U+20AC Euro sign in the cell =A4 of the former international currency sign ¤.
Goto:- http://czyborra.com/charsets/iso8859.html
for more info. The latin 9 layout is at the bottom of the page. (Well almost).
Have Fun A.
