I'm a big fan of Formula 1 and Formula 1 games especially on N64. The 5 choices are, in order of release:

F1 Pole Position
F1 World Grand Prix
Monaco Grand Prix Racing Simulation 2 (Racing Simulation Monaco Grand Prix)
F1 World Grand Prix 2
F1 Racing Championship

I liked FI world grand prix better than the sequal, so i would go for that. My mate picked it up for £6 a year ago.

For me it's F1 World Grand Prix, it's the only one i've played and got and it's good but know very out of date (it's based on the '97 season)!
