How does it make a difference wether it's in the top or bottom?
Not sure exactly what "Bus mastering slot" is intended to refer to, but I presume it's slot 1, as the ISA slots are usually located at the bottom of the mobo...it really shouldn't matter, but stick it in the first PCI slot - the one furthest from the bottom of the board, near to the ram/cpu.
