Hi I had just got The Golden Compass for DS lite and cannot get started. After jumping over a few hills got to a fire and cannot move any further.
Can anyone help

Hi I too have the Golden Compass on DS Lite. I have cleared the first section but after crossing the plank over the ravine and going over a few hills and up onto 2 ledges Lara cannot move any further forward. I have changed Pan into a rodent and he has cleared one pile of snow/ice but I cannot make him dig at these ledges also I cannot get him to change back from a rodent. Please Help!

How do you save the game?

You need to do a running jump. The fire is at the bottom of 2 ledges you fall down. Climb back up, and do a running jump (to your right) off the top ledge. And if you jumped close enough to the edge you'll grab hold of a further ledge which is just above and to the right of the camp fire.
