Sorry, me again. I quite like the skyscraper feature (not seen that before), and to be honest, didn't actually know what one was! Do you think it would make my site look a bit tacky if I put them on every page??

Skyscrapers will contain content of your choice, so the level of tackiness is entirely based on what you decide to put in them.
As for whether they will effect your Google page rankings, the answer is yes. Skyscrapers are contain content just like every other element of your web site, and Google will take this into consideration (along with many other things) when deciding your page rankings.

That all depends on what your site is about and the content you choose to put in your Skyscrapers. Give it a try, you can turn them on and off per page as you see fit.

Skyscrapers may effect your Google pagerank. It all depends on what you put in your skyscrapers. The Googlebot will look at the content though.
Don't forget we allow you to add Google AdSense adverts to your skyscrapers, which provide content link adverts and allows you to generate some revenue off your site. You will need to sign up for an AdSense account once your Instant Site is live in order to use this feature. You can do this at www.google.com/adsense.
