I have been gradually building a site for a year now. I`ve done little bits off and on whilst I`ve been at uni. I set up a site at geocities, and recently found the ".tk" extension to get rid of banners (though it does make bookmarks get messed up).

Anyway, I`ve noticed a lot of errors coming up, all thanks to the stupid geocities banners that don`t know what they`re doing. Anyway, I`ve added the following code:



Does anybody know if this is acceptable, or does it cause lots of problems with loading times, or anything like that?

Thanks guys, I appreciate the help. I feel reassured that it`ll work fine, and hopefully not do stupid things to loading times and stuff.

P.S. I`ve been looking through old topics and seeing lots of people`s sites. You lot really know what you`re doing!
