Just FYI, really, but of interest to those hoping to get MySQL on their Freeola accounts:
Xcalibre, the hosting company I moved my biggest domain to just to get MySQL, have recently revised their pricing structure and are now charging extra for MySQL (albeit just £10 + VAT a year). Their reason is that its "a heavy resource overhead" and they can no longer include one per account for free.

No reason why they couldn't do charged services - if they could undercut the competition, they'd probably do really well.
