I hate pop singers and I hate pop idol. I can't stand the sound of Will Young, why the feck do these people always do covers of other peoples songs. Talented my ar$e.

it is Karaoke, thats what makes the industry of pop so pants at the moment. They should ban these people from just doing cover after cover of old classics which they try to make "their own". Sing something original, then we can see what talent they really have.

He's a singer, not a songwriter. Surely he should be judged on his ability to sing, rather than his talent for creating music.

If he's a singer he shouldn't choose to sing a song which could never compete with the original then should he?

I mean c'mon Will Young vs Jim Morrison? Jeez.. thats like Charlotte Church singing a Slipknot tune.

I concur with that. He should sing songs that suit his voice.

And his irritating lisp.
