this is for the nintendo fans really that come here and tell us that the x box is going down in price due to poor sales.
well today i found out that GC will be £130 does this mean it's only half the console, is it sooo cheap cause nintendo want to try and beat the x box or is it so all the eight year olds can get one?
ok i'm being harsh it's not a bad console it's just the game line up is well cack.
i'll probably get an x box at xmas as the games are slowly coming in.
i mean Halo is wicked plus halo 2 is near and then there's crash and the amazine dead or alive 3.
plus smaller titles like wreckless and buffy looks cool.
the game line up is just excelent plus all those sega titles and sorry nintendo peeps the sega games kick butt over nintendo always have.
JSRF is amazine and crazy taxi 3 will be great i hope unlike the 2nd plus hopefuly some sonic games.
i'm getting excited just thinking about it.
think i'll hold on to my PS2 and add it too my great consoles and yep there's a nintendo in my colloection, Super NES, PS1, Dreamcast and PS2 and then it'll be x box too i hope.

Nintendo's great reputation of not releasing the best titles (i could name loads on the N64 and Snes that never saw light of day here)
Better gaming experience? future gaming is online with expanding games i mean look at half life on the pc and all the free mods avalible. course the GC could do this with a HDD but it doesn't have one.
Decent launch titles i yet to see.

I wouldn't say cack. It is missing some types of games though SHOULD have been there, but it's far from cack. Luigi, Wave Race, Rouge Leader, Super Monkey Ball, ISS2, Tony Hawk 3, Burnout..... these should be enough to carry the console to the end of the month when the likes of Smash Brothers and Resident Evil come out.

Well I surpose good for you. I'm not gonna come here and tell you that the X-Box is p** or anything. It's an alright console, and if you think it's the one for you then, fair enough. Personally I prefer to have a PS2 and a Gamecube, but that's because I want the games that are available on these platforms! If you like the X-Box games, go invest in one!

Well I could but I was like the first guy in this forum to actually play an X-Box! I ain't got tooooo much against it. Apart from it looks like a BIG box of evilness, and it's made by Microsoft. But it does have some good games on it, i'll give it that!
Amped has sucked up quite a few hours of my time. I've almost completed Silent Hill 2 on it aswell. I should finish that off at some point.

No, the price has no effect for me, i want a Gamecube as IN MY OPINION it looks a far superior machine and will provide a better gaming experience with Nintendo's great reputation, decent launch titles, better multi-player games and great third party support. Price doesn't come into it.

Who gives a damn what they cost, I don't like the games on the Xbox any more or less now the console is cheaper, and it hasn't changed my opinion on the Gamecube games, now the price of that has changed.
