I don't know as i have not played it but people say that it is a really fun game and quite funny at times but i don't know.
Why dont you search it under reveiws.
Ive got the demo and it does ay that sort of stuff which you just mentioned.

I got the demo free with one of my magazines. The game has a storyline, but to be honest it sucks. Parappa has a crush on sunny, a sun flower. Aswell as this, Parappa won a compotition and now has to eat noodles for breakfast, lunch and tee etc. The lyrics to all of the songs are really catchy though and makes the game superb. If the price is lowered then i think you should buy it.

i played another pappa game on the PS1 a while back and didn't think much of it. If u like that kind of ga,e then buy it but i will save my money for titles like Deus ex and ICO.
