Police suspect overdose.

Alice In Chains fans will hold a vigil in tribute to late singer Layne Staley on Tuesday, April 30 in London. It will start at 6pm at Marble Arch and move to Trafalgar Square.

It is a shame. Though he had been doing hard drugs for a *long* time, so it's not entirely surprising.

Yeah I heard this yesterday. I didn't post because I didn't know even if people would remember AIC...

Dirt is a fantastic record, and reminds me of some great times when I was younger.

Truly sad.

I'm gutted to say the least, although they were on hiatus i always hoped that there would be some sort of reunion show one day, but that alas will never happen! I don't get this whole heroin addiction thing, you would have htought that after his fiance died of an overdoes in 96 he would have given it up. Oh well - Rest In Peace Layne!
