I thought it would be quiet an ammusing subject to bring up!
It could be on the style of GTA 3, where there are certain missions using certain members of the cabinet.
Such as how many jags you can park down your 10 yard drive.
Knock-out the voter with a tasty right hook!
Abuse the other 2 candidates (this would be the online bit), like just have a table and go online with 2 other people and just throw abuse at eachother, first one not to think of a word or comeback then they loose and so on till one person left.
And you could try to do Espionage on the other teams like planting a prostitute in the other teams car to create a media scandel!
I certainly would buy it!

Hmm, politics games. Why has no-one thought of this before I wonder.....
....for all of about half a second until I realise it would be poor.
Back in the days of the speccy - there was a Spitting Image fighting game - think monochrome StreetFighter with Maggie. And I seemed to remember some text adventure where you were a politician. If memory serves, the only fun thing about that was having the game reset if you used swearwords.
