On saturday afternoon i was trying to tune in my tv so i could play me mega drive.

After 30 minutes i couldn't get the thing to tune in so i decided to give up. But i did notice that i could get a a fuzzy picture on BBc 1. So after reading the instruction booklet i tuned all my channels in.

But how the hell can i get tv channels though my sega mega drive. I don't know a lot about TV's, but if you can tell em the answer than please do.

Sorry to spoil the magic, but it sounds to me like it's got nowt to so with your MD. If your 'Drive was up the spout, you'll just have been picking up the ordinary TV broadcasts, and tuning them in. The reason that you had such fuzzy reception on these channels is that instead of having an aerial plugged into the back of the telly to boost the signal above the level of noise, you had a mega-drive. I suspect that the RF lead connecting your 'Drive to your telly was acting as a very inefficient aerial, picking up the TV signal, albeit with a lot of noise.
You'll probably find you could have tuned a fuzzy BBC1 even if you unplugged the MD from the back of the telly.

Hope that explains it a wee bit.
