GTA 3 is being released at the end of may. I am thinking of buying it. what do you think.

It has a whole city in full 3D to destroy, some excellent missions and AI thats really funny, people get mugged and stuff. And the graphics on the PC are going to be even better than the PS2. GTA3 rules, I played everyone y'know.

Well, it's not a stupid question, but the only thing which would stop you from playing it, is you PC, you didn't post your specs so i'm guessing you've got a good or new PC so in which case: of course you should get it!
No offence, but what a stupid question. Of course you should get it, one of the best games out on PS2, and the best of the GTA series. Pre order it now.
