I'd have to go with GTA3. But that is no where near being the best game of all time!

The best game for the ps2 cannot be one single game becuase everyone has a different opinion. My personal favourite would have to be THPS3 but thats just my opinion. :)

GTA3 definatly. Timesplitters is good too, no.2 should be wicked!
