Booker T and Chris Jericho. Unless you're a Rock/Austin fanatic, or you're just a bit strange, then you will know that these are two of the most talented main-eventers in the World Wrestling Federation.

Booker T owns a wide variety of powerful kicks, a very funny character and the most electrifying move in sports entertainment, the Spinaroonie. Although his kicks are his main talent, he also boasts lots of technical skills and deserves to be much higher than where he is. 5-time WCW Champion.

Chris Jericho was the first ever Undisputed Champion. In my mind, he is the best main eventer in the WWF, because of the variety he has. He can do top rope moves, powerful moves, speedy moves and he is much more athletic than most others. He has a real presence in the ring, and JR has commended him on his character, with some great promos and backstage segments. He works well as face or heel, and is currently one of the biggest heels in the WWF. Has finally broken the glass that had been holding him down in the IC Title area, and should be at the top of the tree for a long time to come.

However, look at the Backlash card. Notice that Hulk Hogan, someone who made the Rock Bottom at WM look weak, is in the main event. The only reason for this is his popularity. Notice that The Undertaker, someone who is really getting too old now is battling for a no.1 contender spot with Austin, someone who is really a character with a good finisher and nothing else. Notice that Kurt Angle is battling Edge. AGAIN.

Although it would be tough, why not put Jericho against Booker at Backlash? It would put two fantastic wrestlers against each-other, and would also make for an interesting heel vs heel match. I know Y2J will have something to do with the main event, but it still annoys me that both of these guys are being wasted.

I'm not buying Backlash, although my brother might be. The only matches I want to see are RVD vs Guerrero and the Cruiserweight Title match, which I feel should've included more participants.

Personally, I think that Taker Vs Austin will be a good match but maybe thats just cause im quite a big Austin fan. I agree with the points about Jericho and Booker though. They are just two good wrestlers being put to waste. Whats Up With That???!!

If anyone wants proof of how good Booker is, go find a tape of his Best Of Seven series with Benoit. Some of the best american style wrestling you will see.

Backlash will be pap, oh yes it will (probably)

All that talent and I agree no Booker or Y2J match, granted I'm not the biggest Jericho fan but I still want to see him used. As for your thing about Hulk Hogan only being in the main event because of his popularity and Undertaker being all character and no real ability (compared to others) that's exactly what I've been saying all this time!

Austin V Undertaker is not much of a match any more and the only way I will be proved more wrong is if the pair pull something totally new out of their bag of tricks but I doubt they will.

I want more Booker after all look at him, five time, five time!

Jericho will interfere in at least one match, especially after his promo with Hulk Hogan and agreement with Angle. I don't know about Booker T, I didn't see Livewire and don't know what happened on Raw.

I agree with your points there Ant except the one where you said about Jericho using powerful moves. Don't get me wrong i like Jericho but the only Powerful move i remember Jericho doing is the Double Poerbomb which didn't look as powerful as old cronie Undertakers last ride.

But apart from that Jericho uses a mixture of technical and high flying moves to make a perfect match.

Booker T, yeah he is good, good at promos too although i haven't seen him doing too many original moves which is what he lacks, toss in a few: suplex's, backdrops, DDT's and he will be fine.
