When i shut down Windows i get the little window with the options to:

Stand By
Shut Down
Restart
and Hibernate when i press 'Shift'

Is there a way to feep hibernate up there without pressing shift?

If your computer supports Standby, Hibernate is not displayed.

Go to Microsoft support at:-

Hibernate shuts your PC down into a low-power mode, and will start up again when you move the mouse or press a key.

I meant Hibernate....It would help if I could spell today...

What does that hybernate thing do? I didn't even know it was there til just now when I pressed shift!

Sorry but i don't think that there is any way to change that. Maybe if you look at the microsoft website, there might be something about it on some of the support web pages. Sorry i couldn't help.
