My fav games character I think has to be Mario!

And one of my ALL time favourite games is Mario 64!

But i'm getting quite worried about Mario Sunshine!

Why?

Well I ask you what's wrong with all the screenshots that have been released so far?

Yes, there all of the same level!

Is this just to do with them being early shots?

NO!

This is all part of Nintendo's new shorter and more frequent games policy!

So what this means for Mario Sunshine is that unlike Mario 64 where you had your lava level, your water level, etc etc. In Mario Sunshine it's just that one level! Personally I think this is a really bad idea! I want my proper loads of level Mario games back! Also what you do in Mario Sunshine from what I can tell is run around with a water cannon washing away graffiti and sploshes of paint! This just sounds like not the type of Mario game I was expecting! I was expecting a proper sequel to Mario 64 where you just jump around, jumping on bad guys heads and picking up coins! Non of this just run around with a hose washing stuff away. Sounds like Luigi's Manshion!

I guess honestly speaking there must be something else to this game because I can't see Shigsy letting me down!

I just can't wait till some more info is released clarifying up some of these points!

Also, perhaps that Super Mario World X which appeared on Nintendo's site briefly is a true sequel to Mario 64! Only time will time, and we can live in hope!

Enough of a rant me'sa thinks. 2nd time I typed that all out as it thought I hadn't put in a subject when I had and so I was forced to bash it all out again!

It's got a time thingy like Zelda: Majoras Mask, so there'll be night and day.
So I think it's safe to say that strange things might open up at night and lead to more clues or something. Mario Detective - heh :D
I still think it'll be great. And there definately ain't just one level, Cooky, you'll be pleased to know.
I know that the screenshots have been in the sun-soaked village so far, but there are many other areas, like Majoras Mask.
There seems to be a castle in the background, because there's a huge plant blocking the way, and many, many floors and balconies and stuff...so don't worry Cooky, I still think there will be a lot to do - just don't jump to conclusions!

I was readin about mary sunshine in Cube and NGC, Iobviously I knew about it, and I had heard about everything that neede to be known about it, but it surprised me. After looking at the screenshots, I couldn't help thinking that Mario has changed. Yes, the plumber we all know and love (Well, not in that way...) has changed in so many ways. Gone are the days of walking around and searching for stars, or beating the crap out of Bowser, or looking for mushrooms and flowers to help you along your way. Now, we have a Mario, that has a water pack stuck to him, but also has short sleeves! What is with that? Mario had a tradition of wearing the same long-sleeved shirt with the same dungarees, but now, like most parts of the game, he has changed. Bring back the old mario!
