Jackie Chan fans rejoice, for one of his many classics is making its way to dvd very soon.

According to Play.com it's out on 10/6/02, but on the official Hong Kong Legends site it says 24/6/02.

Story (From Play.com): In late 19th Century Hong Kong the British may rule the land, but the pirates rule the waters. Reluctantly, the Coast Guard is given money to fight these pirates, but the pirates themselves have many contacts (bribed officials) in the government, and seek to thwart the Coast Guard's efforts to eliminate them. One Coast Guard officer is Dragon Ma (Jackie Chan), who is determined that his beloved Coast Guard will not be made fools of...

Special Features:
An original documentary on the making of the film
Feature-length audio commentary by Bey Logan
Interviews with many of the original cast members and stunt personnel
Trailer gallery
Photo archive including the original artwork and lobby cards

I already have the region 1 version, but that has no extras, is cut, and has American opening & closing credits, not the original Hong Kong versions.

Project A is one of Jackie's best films, and contains some great moments such as the big bar room brawl, back to back fighting with Sammo Hung, brilliant bicycle chase sequence and the amazing clock tower sequence where Jackie falls down a great distance with only a few flimsy canopies breaking his fall.
If you're a fan of Chan then look out for it.

Yup, my favourite bit in Project A 2 was when Jackie was handcuffed to that other guy and they were fighting off all those baddies, that's gotta be one of the best fight scenes in movie history!

And the fight sequence on the giant bamboo structure.
