Some guy in another game cheats website said that the Suzuki Escudo Pikes Peak Version goes at 276mph but it can go faster than 290mph (if you don't run out of track). Just enter these LSD settings when doing the max speed test (turn around and go the other way for more time).
INITIAL Rear: 10 Front: 10
ACCELERATION Rear: 56 Front: 1
DECELERATION Rear: 6 Front:50
Gears
set them all to the widest setting (press right button on D-pad and R1 at the same time to do it really quickly)
SUSPENSION
spring rate 4.0 for both
Ride height-front: maximum, Rear: minimum
DOWNFORCE
Rear: maximum Front: minimum
P.S. You should pop a wheelie when going over 390km/h.
P.S.S. Be as smooth as you can in the corners. Try to leave the corners at at least 360km/h.
