Hello,
Not a major problem but thought you should be aware.

I've noticed recently that your replies to Support Tickets have been arriving late recently, often with a 4am time stamp.

For example Freeola staff may have replied at 10am (which shows in the reply) but the email actually arrived many hours (I had one this morning which took a day and half) later.
Ticket 139368 is an example for you. You appear to have replied on 1/1/8 at 10.05 and the message reached me at 4.18am 3/1/8.

Yesterday morning I renewed some domains - the confirmation and invoice email arrived at 4.09am today?

As I said not a major problem but it can leave the wrong impression as people may think you haven't replied as it's stuck in the post!

Thanks for letting us know, I am currently running some tests, the first one I have tried came through fairly quickly, but I am going to run tests over the next few days to establish whether there is some sort of intermittent problem.
