You could buy a 2nd hand copy from somewhere like Gamestation or Cex, or try the online auctions. The shops check that everything is in mint condition (might depend on the staff at your local shop) and you can pick up brand new sealed games from the auctions for alot less than you'll find anywhere else.

Oh i was really hopeing it was becuase my uncle has it and it's really good any way i will just have to wait. :(

It probably will eventually but not for a long time.
Don't expect it to come out on platinum just yet, It'll be a fair few months before it does.
