i was bored. so i grabbed a taxi and chucked the bloke out and turned the taxi missions on and my first fare was the TAXI DRIVER HIMSELF!!!
IF MY CAR GOT JACKED AND THE THEIF SAID 'WANT A LIFT MATE?` I'D SMACK HIM UP THE HEAD!!! NOT GET IN THE BACK AND TELL HIM TO TAKE ME TO THE AIRPORT!!!!!!!

you go out your hide out and turn right and there is that little bridge .

Ive seen a flying Diablo car, it was near the little bridge by your hide out on the first island. IT hasnt only happened once minned, if i can remeber correctly it has happened three times.

i have seen a flying taxi, no lie.

it came flying in the ait past me so i followed it and then suddenly it dropped

It happens quite a bit, LOL pretty stupid though.
