Pretty sure theres a program you can download that stops you from getting pop-up adds, I have:
A) absolutly no idea what it was called.
B) absolutly no idea where to find it.

Some websites earn all their money from ads so without them, the site would die! Ads are a pain in the ass, though.
I'm only guessing here, so sorry if it doesn't work.
If you look at the Source when your Page is loaded, see if you can find the code that makes these pop-ups. If you find it, see if the pop-up windows are given a name.
If they have, try adding something like:
in your page code, somewhere after the code that generates these windows.
