well you can buy a tv card with video in, and then you can connect you ps2 to your pc (also a video player), but whats the point think of the electrick bill, the best option would be as mentioned below is by a vga adapter and connect it to you monitor.
Well you can plug your PS2 into your monitor to get a picture. If you want to do that then you have to get a VGA adaptor.
